Zendaya 'loved' filming intimate scenes with Challengers co-stars as fans worry about Tom

Zendaya’s newest movie Challengers isn’t the most innocent in the world, but the star has recently revealed she ‘loved’ filming the intimate three-way scenes with co-stars Mike Faist and Josh O’Connor.

The Hollywood star is currently dating fellow Spider-Man actor Tom Holland, who constantly shows his support for his girlfriend. Despite the ‘intimate’ scenes being for acting purposes only, it didn’t stop fans on social media from bringing up his name upon seeing Zendaya‘s steamy moments with her co-stars.

Zendaya ‘loved’ filming intimate scenes in new movie

In her latest movie, Challengers, Zendaya plays the character Tashi, a former tennis prodigy turned coach. Tashi becomes involved in a love triangle with fellow tennis players, and best friends, Art and Patrick. Hence, the intimate scenes which have been showcased in one of the trailers.

“Tashi is extremely driven. She’s a go-getter and she is totally ruthless,” the star told The Mirror. “The intimate scenes were so good – I loved it. I felt very lucky to be partnered with those guys.

“And whatever the moment, it always felt like they always had my back and I had theirs. We were so lucky to have a director in Luca Guadagnino who really encouraged us all to collaborate and to bring our own ideas. It was a really exciting creative process,” she continued.

However, it looks like some fans are ‘looking out’ for Tom Holland as he witnesses the scenes.

“We truly ain’t ready to see Zendaya in ‘Challengers’, but I just know for sure, the least prepared person is Tom Holland. Did y’all see those scenes in the trailer?? Our boy’s gonna lose it for real!” exclaimed one fan on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Yall think Tom Holland be punching the air after every Zendaya make-out scene?” joked another.

However, others highlighted how supportive her boyfriend was. “I promise y’all TomHolland is totally okay and supportive of the Challengers and Zendaya doing those kinds of scenes. Okay, cool, now that we cleared that up we can stop bringing him up when discussing Zendaya’s amazing career!”

Zendaya and her stylist Law Roach are one of the best duos in the fashion game right now, constantly pulling all the best looks out of the bag. And the Challengers worldwide movie premieres were no different. In fact, they may have been some of the star’s best looks yet.

Always smashing any theme, the Euphoria star stunned in a range of custom tennis outfits, that we think would be hard for anyone other than her to pull off.

From her custom tennis ball shoes to her tennis ball dress, the 27-year-old was bringing the sporting equipment off the court and onto the red carpet, and we’re obsessed.

We’re going to miss waking up and seeing a new look everyday, but we’re sure there’s many more to come!
