There’s a case building against the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, although she’s maintained her innocence since the news dropped about Tom Girardi‘s crimes.

Lawyers for Tom’s victims are now claiming that they have proof that links Erika to the stolen money, so is it only a matter of time before a case is brought against her as well?
